The zipper slider on the rear window of my convertible broke in half and Paul looked at it right away, then booked me into to see if a repair was possible and it turned out they were able to repair it quickly and in a cost effective way. I was very pleased with Paul and his assistants help, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Recently, I had received my imported Bride reclinable seat (via Japan) and had noticed a flatten portion on the right bolster, which wasn't shown or mentioned in the listing when I had bought it. Wanting to get it addressed, I was searching around for local upholstery shops within Kanata and Stittsville area and I stumbled upon Auto-Wa.
Being that they were right beside my old workplace, they were fairly close by and I decided to give them a chance. Long story short, I can’t thank the folks at Auto-Wa enough (Paul especially!) for fixing up my seat’s bolster! I was pleased with the result. It was an easy process with booking my appt. in, discussing about the process, and return time was quick! Price was definitely fair & reasonable.
Will come back for more future projects!

For some reason, the upholstery on the passenger seat in my car just fell apart. Took it to the team at Auto-Wa and they matched the leather, and did such an amazing job at installing it in my 2013 EOS that you'd never know that it wasn't original. They were great.

I needed leather seat re upholstery for 2010 Lexus. They responded quickly to my online inquiries, provided a quote a day later and, after I researched other options, they scheduled me for 2 weeks later. Delivered on Monday, picked up a week later. Colour match is amazing and the quality of the fit and stitching is top notch. Very satisfied.

They have done a great job on my bmw x3, they have partially replaced cracked leather piece on the driver seat. Looks perfect!
