Really disappointed by how dramatically they continue to increase prices here. My costs have doubled in a years time and they continue to add on new fees. I’m quite confident the response to this review will be that their decisions are made based on competitor analysis (as they’ve responded to all similar reviews in the past) but what that means to me is that you can’t count on reliability of prices with your rental here and that frequent turnover is part of their chosen business model. It’s a shame because my experience here for the first two years was really quite positive. Change in ownership has taken the focus from strong customer satisfaction to squeezing every penny out, in my opinion.

To give some context, I didn't sign up for their services in a normal manner. I won it through an auction, and as such, I can't really speak for their rates. With that said, however, I've had nothing but a pleasant experience with this location and the employee I've had the pleasure of interacting with. My alloted time with them has now concluded, and I no longer need their service, but I'll definitely consider this location again in the future

The service has been really good with both owners over the last few years. The doubling of cost feels to me to be really exorbant especially considering the pressure we are all under after this world wide massive emotional and economic trauma we've all endured. I really hope you are not gouging us unnecessarily Minimall.
And please don't say you are raising prices to provide an "exceptional rental experience". Exceptional is definitely not doubling prices in less than 2 years and also giving us no notice that was your plan. Im sure it was the plan from the start. So please don't lie.

Security gate was locked open. After many attempts to reach someone ( Hours of operation on website are call center hours not location 🙁 ) we were told " a note would be left for someone Monday! We were later told due to a power outage it was locked open for access. What about security??

I have been with this facility for 2 months. Starting September 2023. I have already received an email stating my fee will go up due to admin fees , facility management fees and processing fees. Apparently I’m expected to pay them for taking my payments? Judging by some of the reviews I’m now reading, I can assume I’ll be receiving more increase notices every couple months.

I’ve stored with these guys for years. At first, before take over they were awesome. But since the takeover the prices have continually been raised. Last increase was September 2023 and now I received another email (end of October) with yet another increase - this current increase was for Administration Fee, Payment Processing Fee and Facility management fee - $25. Whichever way you cut it, it’s an increase for the exact same service that was received years ago. Nothing has changed at this facility whether it be added security, updated gates (which were for the best part of 4 months left open - waiting for parts was the answer that was given) or any other significant changes. Steer clear - there are far better storage facilities at more competitive rates than this place. They have lost my business.
