My experience at R&R Auto was good. I dealt with Rob who took good care of my car and listened to my concerns.
I will be back if I ever need anything else. Only 8 minutes drive from Kanata Centrum!

Had to get a car towed here on Monday. Was told that they were busy until mid next week but would try and look at it when they found time. Rob and team called the next day with an update! Very good service and will happily be bringing our vehicles here whenever something comes up that I can't handle myself.

This morning, one of my windshield wipers detached from the arm while driving to Kanata from East Ottawa . I was panicked because it was pouring rain and I was unsure as to how I would get home safely. Upon a quick Google search I found R & R. I called and Rob said that he would be happy to take a look and try to fasten it on short notice, Without an appointment. I drove right over and waited for about five minutes while he reattached it. He was so friendly and understanding of my situation and even refused to take my money for fixing it! What a gem this spot is. Honestly, I kind of wish I lived in Carp so that this could be my regular mechanic. Thank you Rob! You truly saved my day.

First time customer - won't be the last! Rick booked the car a week out but asked if I could drop it off sooner and they'd have a look at as time time permitted. 24 hrs later it was fixed and it was back on my driveway. Price point seems more than fair too, labour was only about 20% of the total, without a ridiculous fee for rags, lube and toilet flushes.

I was referred to RR auto through a colleague based on their experience. Needless to say my experience has been excellent as well!Rob and team are honest, meticulous and patient even during their busy schedule.Finn is the newest member of the team and makes you forget all the problems.I had an upcoming long road trip and my check engine light was on and the vehicle made a 'thud' sounds when turning because of rear diff issues.Rob accommodated running diagnostics on a busy day and assured, I could drive no problem and can get it fixed after the trip.Upon return they went over the issues with the vehicle and noted down what needs immediate attention and things that can wait and provided an estimate. There were some unforeseen issues that came up during repair that needed extra work and the final bill was a little over the estimate as expected but not exorbitant like some dealers would try to charge.My only critic would be that appointments have to be made days or weeks ahead and you will probably need to follow up about any additional work that came up during the appointment, but that's probably just because of the sheer volume of work on their hands right now.I have found my go-to auto experts and will be a returning customer.

Honest and reliable. Always does a great job. I just wanted to add to my last review about how amazing R&R auto is. We have been bringing our vehicles to Rob for years and now our daughter brought her car to him. He was so accommodating about getting her in knowing she had to get back to school which is out of town and treated her very well with the price. He also gave her the name of a mechanic in her city that he would recommend if she ever needed assistance with her car. We are so appreciative of the service that Rob offers. Brought in my Gold TDI to get the slave valve replaced, and they were fantastic! The time to get the work done was great, and honestly they were really friendly (so was the dog!).I've already advised a couple friends to you guys to get work done, keep up the good work!
