I used the bathroom twice same day as working on March road. Told the owner first time that excrement was stuck to the back of the toilet and the hand drier was.not working. He said they would take care of that immediately. I returned 3 hours.later and the bathroom was still the same but now there was toilet paper all over the floor also. I thought I would check the state of the bathroom as I was going by on my way home and the facility was even dirtier. The owner of this station was the man I spoke to each time !! This should be addressed immediately as so many health issues are are blatantly being ignored. I did not have my phone to take pictures.

***Beware!!!***??The most disgusting bathroom ever visited.Extremely dirty. Extremely smelly.With all types sicknesses around they should be held accountable to keep things somewhat hygienic.Shell makes tons of money, they should hire someone to keep it clean regularly.I'd be cautious of buying any food from this location if this is how dirty there bathroom is.By the way it was my husband who had to use it. If a man says it's DISGUSTING, it is.

The worst prices around. Consistently more expensive than Stittsville and Almonte so I'd suggest to keep driving. In addition, don't try to buy the gift cards they have displayed- they haven't been able to activate them for years.

What a poor excuse for a gas station. Washrooms are out of order. I don't believe they're out of order. The attendant was "too busy" on his phone to talk to me. I had asked how they could sell food and not have a wash station after pumping gas. He stayed on his phone and ignored me. I will never return and will avoid other Shell stations at all costs. Other reviews of this location show that Shell does not care about customer service.
