I have been going to this pharmacy since moving to Casselman after my separation and must say that Sam and his team have been amazing. Always willing to take the time to answer questions I may have about ailments and etc. Great service all around! Thank you!

Always have good experience but the hours could change 8:00 am in morning instead of 9 I can see we are all here waiting in our cars for the opening we are about 15 people especially being a pharmacy.

Very poor service this evening. Carefree and arrogant pharmacist. I've been going there for 11 years and then they gave me the prescription and now, because the last time I had to transfer the prescription to another branch, they refuse to help me this evening. I have a urinary tract infection and I want to be able to go teach my little ones tomorrow. I'm not asking for narcotics anyway! When you ask for help and get the answer ma’am, it’s not like you’re ordering a Big Mac…. Big lack of professionalism... That you have to follow your process I understand but to make me speak the same way is unacceptable!

On Nov8th around 1 o’ clock, I came by to order a prescription for Plan B and was helped by a woman working in the back. She gave me Repagyn claiming that it was a contraceptive. I read the label to be sure and found no sign to support this, I did some research on the brand and even called my own pharmacist and came to the conclusion that it wasn’t giving plan B at all. Once I voiced my concerns, this lady claimed again it was the same as plan B and that her manager had agreed. I returned it at the front cash still not convinced and the woman who helped me there was furious and agreed that this wasn’t a contraceptive. It is really worrying how I was intentionally misprescribed a very life impacting medication.

My favorite jean coutu location is Casselman.Always the same consistent customer service,The girls that works at the pharmacy always aknowledge you and say hi with a genuine smile.From the creams,perfumes and makeup in cosmetics to the pharmacy and baby sections someone is always there to help you. this location is very organized and clean.Highly recommend this location to anyone.

I’m not a big fan of Jean Coutu in my past experiences but I have to say this location is superb! The staff is super friendly. I was greeted and helped right away with a knowledgeable staff that knew exactly where it was I was looking for. The pharmacist, Claire was absolutely amazing. I love this location and will continue to shop here.

I live 30 minutes away and had to print photos so I called and ask if the machine was working. The employee tells me it does. I show up and the machine is out of service. Asked the employee why she told me the machine was working when it’s not. She said she thought I meant the printer? Another employee then showed up and said the printer wasn’t even working. I lost 1 hour of my life for nothing. Absolute garbage customer service.

Don't get sick after 6pm or before 10 am. Store hrs are disgusting. I would take my business elsewhere.

Poor service. If need more then one prescription typically have to make multiple trips because they forget to fill all of them
