I took my vehicle for rustproofing at Krown. I have been doing this service for over 10 years. I usually book at the Queensdale location, but due to their location being closed temporarily, I chose to book in Casselman. The service within the office was standard, polite. Before leaving, I did a brief check of the outside and inside of my car. I first noticed some oil spray on the drivers headrest and centre console areas. I then found an unreasonable amount of oil spray on the inside of my passenger door, including in the window, handle, window buttons, speaker, and door panel. I had to go back into the store and inform them that I needed assistance with cleaning it. One employee apologized and took a towel to clean the areas of concern. I take pride in keeping my vehicle detailed and well maintained. I am very disappointed with the quality of service received in Casselman. 150$ for rustproofing is not worth the price when you need to spend hundreds more to detail your vehicle and/or spend hours of your time detailing it yourself. I was not offered a refund or a detailing service.

I took my Dodge Caravan in to be detailed two years ago and I am booking again. My van was a disaster; my husband used it as an old truck (other than having it serviced) and took our Irish Setter along. I picked up my vehicle and it looked and smelled so new!!! The red hair taken out of the carpet could have put together a small Irish Setter I'm sure! So very pleased! I tell everyone!!! This is a professional body shop, your car will come out like you never had an accident. The team that works there is always friendly and professional. I always had my vehicles fixed by them without any problems. They offer rust proofing with the Krown product which is definitely one if not the best product on the market. On top of all that, they also rent cars for a day, week or month with very competitive prices. I strongly recommend them if you haven't tried them already. You won't be disappointed. Your car is in good hands with them.

I recently took my 2009 Ford Edge here to have some rust repair work done. From the initial contact with Jean to get an estimate this was an honest and professional experience. The job did not entail as much work as had been expected so when I went to pick the vehicle up, the very pleasant surprise of an invoice for less than the original estimate was appreciated. Further, without charge or fanfare, they applied wax to those areas of my vehicle with light rust stains bringing it back to it's nice white colour. I would highly recommend this business and it's personnel.
