Staff always greet us, are patient, kind and helpful. Good variety. We have a dog, a cat and a bird. Good selection. We get some of ourcat's food here. Toy selection is great. Good store for learning about new or different products. Wish you carried Harrison's bird food tho!! (specifically, the pepper lifetime coarse, 5 lb bag :D )

Casselman pet Valu staff always go above and beyond at satisfying their customers. I refuse to go to the new Embrun store as their staff is rude and never offer to help. The second you walk in the door in Casselman they ask you if you need assistance . Thank you !

I stopped in to purchase a no-pull harness for my rat terrier. The lovely lady helped me find the right match for my needs. Thanks for your excellent and knowledgeable service! It was not the most expensive product, but we agreed it was the best. Honesty goes a very long way! I walked my Obie today, and it fits him like a charm!
