I have been with RBC for a while. They are not able to help me with my request when other bank can. This makes me want to change for another bank.
Harder to deal with as a bank.

My father in law passed away and we made a meeting with this bank to go through the estate process. If you want someone to show up 30 minutes late to the meeting and NEVER EVER call you back afterwards, definitely book a meeting with Tanya. She also gives inaccurate information. I am still waiting for her to call me back.
