Horrible place. I've been a scotia customer for a while now. I went there the other day to cash a cheque. The girl holds my entire cheque and doesn't tell me. So I go to pay for things later in the day and cannot. Wouldn't go back here again. Get people who know what there doing. Oh yes she held a cheque from my full time Job I've have for a while now. Makes sense eh

For the last couple of months on far too many occasions to be normal, if you use the drive-thru you CAN'T WITHDRAW ANY MONEY. What to do?You go inside. There you'll find 2 cash machines that you CAN'T WITHDRAW ANY MONEY FROM.So you go back the next day and wouldn't you believe it, you still CAN'T WITHDRAW ANY MONEY.This past weekend alone, I went Friday after hrs, Saturday, Sunday and even at 6am this morning before work and still nothing ????I was told by a teller one time that it's because of the weather...Excuse me?Ok MAYBE the drive-thru once in a blue moon. But ALL the machines inside the heated building for days on end almost every week?Time to change bank then?

There is lots of turn around with the staff, but everyone is very nice in the bank. The young gentleman I had my meeting with was very knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with.

Inconvenient. Calling them is useless.. being on hold for 2 hours is normal. Appointments take weeks. The drive-thru works half the time.I've been debating on switching banks just because this branch has no benefit to me or my business.

They have terrible hours, most of us work past 4pm during the week and it's not like they open at 6am or anything. The drive thru ATM is always causing problems like must be nice to be a banker Jesus christ don't work too hard.

9/10 drive thru is out of money or drive thru isn’t working. no point in having a drive thru when 90-95% it’s not functional.

I hate the bank here. I keep on telling them to pay me back for all of my losses during a spammed hacker and being jumped that spent over 1000$ of my money. I also keep on telling them to transfer my home branch to down in Windsor and they haven't. I screamed at them for fingerprints sign in back in 2016and for every way even on the computer. To get a finger print request to Ur phone and they still suck at app making and I want my money for Ur bank using finger print

The teller did not make eye contact, talked over me and kept mentioning they were closing at 1pm; which was less then 10 minutes away. She was very disrespectful. They referred us to our branch and kept insisting we needed to make an appointment but the banker who was just sitting around chatting did not have time.I'm never going to this branch again.
