“As my good fortune would have it, when I tried calling the main customer service centre to see if they could try to help me regarding a business account, my call was by chance routed to Cayuga. Here the branch manager Lori and customer service rep Brenda accomplished for me in record time - and with the friendliest courtesy - what another branch (in a different city) could/would not help me with after three months of very frustrating back and forth. Thank you Cayuga branch, I'm glad I didn't give up on First Ontario :-)”
