Bought a ckx skidoo helmet with the little sun visor that goes up and down, for some reason the sun visor does not stay up, always coming down, so I tried to trade it in for the same one that works good. They gave me 2 options;#1 they said they would have to send it out and have no helmet #2 bring it back at the end of the season to get fixed..make sure you ask about the return policy.. either than that great costumer service..
