“Had a bit of a traumatic day yesterday. While driving to pick up 1,000 lbs of soil in my truck yesterday, I blew a brake line! Certainly a shock when the brake pedal went to the floor. I dropped into low gear and spotted Midas just down the street.They were fully booked but Doug said if I was willing to wait he would get me in somehow. After four hours they had replaced the brake line and had to replace the caliper because the bleeder screw was seized and wouldn’t come out. Patrick rushed to get the parts in and Jeremy, the mechanic, got the job done in time for me to get my load of soil.The thought of this happening while travelling on the highway AFTER loading the soil makes me think I wouldn’t be here.”
