“Great experience with the photo department! Got our sons photos there for a calender gift , also got a card made for the nurses at the hospital to thank them for everything they have done ! Dawn H was amazing. Kind and caring ! She made us not only feel like a valued customer ; she went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed ! Melissa I believe was a manager there ( awesome hair ) was very kind helped us process a refund because we accidentally selected the wrong store in London ! Both were extremely kind ! I also noticed ( I'm big on customer service) that the cell phone department was extremely helpful . He came over to offer help when dawn was busy at first . He wasn't able to help us at that time but noticing that he went out of his zone to help us was amazing ! All the staff we interacted with were amazing. Highly recommend coming here for your photo needs . They really make sure you are taken care of. If you happened to pass Dawn or Melissa during your visit you will be very lucky ❤️
