I had a poor experience with Staples Copy & Print in the past, but recently decided to give it another chance, and I am glad I did. Shaun was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easily the most helpful print associate I have dealt with compared to my previous experiences. He answered all of my questions clearly and went out of his way to assist me. My only concern was that while Shaun was helping me, he was constantly being interrupted with other responsibilities, including shipping, cash, and other store tasks. Although he appeared to ask for assistance from other staff members, no one seemed to be available to help. I believe the store would benefit from having more support so employees can focus properly on customers. Overall, I was very happy with the service Shaun provided. As long as he is there, I will continue to return for my printing needs.”
