I visited this store , and there was a girl, I believe her name was Parmeet Kaur. Unfortunately, her attitude was quite rude. Even when I politely asked for items, the way she spoke was unpleasant. This was actually my second time experiencing this, and both my friend and I found it very disappointing.she has literally no civic sense.

The night staff is very rude, unprofessional and never give what you asked for. When confronting them, they yell at you and say that's not what u said. Poor customer service. They should be fired.

Walked in on new years eve to buy some soda and snacks. There was a big line, so I walked around to be polite and stay out of the way of others. Then, an employee walked up behind me, telling me to put the snacks back and leave or she was gonna call the police. All for trying to line up in a polite manner. Easy to say being falsely accused of stealing ruined my night.

Have gone to this store practically every single day for the past 10 years. I spend a good $2000+ here every month (almost $300,000 in the past ten years). I'm recognized/known by every employee in this store, including the guy who was working tonight (as I regularly come after midnight). I went there tonight and was immediately accused of being a thief as soon as I walked in. Was told I needed to give the cashier my bag if I wanted to shop there. Never have I ever stolen from this place, and every single time I go there I have my bag with me (including when Shannon is in, without any issue). I even make a point to open my bag wide and facing the worker as I'm putting in my paid items so they can ALWAYS clearly see I'm not stealing anything. Hell, I even started paying for extra stuff that I don't take with me to try and help offset the massive jump in thefts since tent city moved in. And as I'm leaving (I was outside but the door was still open), the cashier says to me "I told you you can go". So, apparently he accused me of being a thief AND kicked me out of the store. Not at all impressed.
So I just went across the street to Petro and spent my money there. And that is gonna be my new, regular nighttime store.

I'm giving 5 stars for the customer service. Raj,(I think that's his name) did a fantastic job! It was very busy at 1:30 am on a Monday morning. It's hard for ONE person to do all the tasks required. Please consider having another person scheduled. Either that or pay him double!

Sometimes it's great sometimes not so much. All depends on the employee (s) who are working. The nighttime staff are personable, the daytime new staff, need some work on their customer service

Not sure what has happened with the Chatham 7/11 over the past few months. I've come here for about 25 years, getting slushies 2-3 times per week. I have been going to circle k down the road recently because of your machines always being out of service and nasty looking. Here are pictures of my most recent visit. Pretty dissapointing.

Yo not sure why give drug addicts free coffee and things. Then after watch them throw garabe all over. And continue to bug customers for smokes and change. Never going there again helped guys out on midnight with drug addictions because did something in windsor at Tim hortons. Swerved parking lot with my broom because was a mess. Didn't want a thing for it. Use to nights because went work normally work nights. Have seen many poeple upset of the drug dealers. Then was told not to help out so done with 7 11 for life. Went in today was something working that smiled with gingivitis the teeth were green and could see it was wear diapers smelt like doesn't change them. Someone at Tim hortons told me how stupid the thing was telling people has told everyone that has 20 experience. Also told me how stupid it was it washed the windows with a rag that they used for washing grease dishes and oven cleaner. And it is bald.

I am so upset over one of your staff members telling a senior that she was unable to wait for a cab in the store to go out side and wait in the cold. This same employee also accused her of possibly being a look out for other thieves. Unbelievable how rude . Do you not teach human kindness and respect. I can assure you this beautiful kind 84 year old woman has earned the right to be respected. Ps- Thank you for replying to my comment, but no I won't be giving a y of my personal info.i know your not going to do anything, as my sister went onto the store to talk and was told its store policy ,to only have 2 people in the store at a time and that's why they didn't let a 84 year old tiny woman stand in out of the cold to wait for a cab. Your store needs to issue an apology, and train staff to know when it's right to make an exception.

One of your staff recently threw out a senior woman after she did business in your store and was then simply waiting for a cab. This 84 year old 4 foot nothing woman is fighting cancer and just had heart surgery and your worker told her to leave and wait outside in the cold!!! That it was her problem and not the stores. Disgusting!! Offering her a chair while she waited would have been the kind, humane thing to do but your employee chose the a$$hole route instead!! You should all be ashamed of yourselves!!
