Had car troubles and was in the car with the baby and 3 dogs, 50 mins from where we need to be still. Lovely man helped us figure out what the issue was, gave us advice snd piece of mind until it can be fixed when we get home.

My minivan needed a wheel bearing/hub replacement, so I dropped in to see Steve to get an estimate. I left my name and number with him, and within about an hour he followed up and provided an estimate that was extremely competitive (and less than half of what the dealership quoted me). I followed up with Steve the next day, and he had me booked in promptly. Steve did an amazing job of getting our van back on the road, and had the work done very quickly. Quite often when I leave my vehicle with mechanics for the day, they take all day to do the job and call back in the afternoon. Steve had the vehicle by 8, and called me to say it was ready within less than two hours... amazing! Very polite, courteous service at amazing prices! I will definitely be back to see Steve and CK Auto in the future!Service: General repairs & maintenance

CK Auto is a disgrace to the automotive services. He currently is licensed by the Ontario Government to perform 'Motor Vehicle Inspections', but refuses to work on vehicles where and I quote 'I don't make money'. Regardless of whether or not he can make money on a service, a service mandated by the provincial government and one that he applied to perform, he needs to honour that contractual obligation. I respect its his business and he can choose his customers, but to deny a government mandated service; is a decision that is above his paygrade. He may be a good mechanic, but he runs a poor business.Service: General repairs & maintenance
