The service department staff are great. They are always friendly and will go extra mile for customers. The service manager Brian and my service advisor Rachelle are excellent. I had a transmission issue with my 2019 Ram Classic 1500. Brian and Rachelle went to bat for me with the area Chrysler representative and where able to get isse covered under the extended warranty which I was 4k over the expired at 100k. Chrysler Canada came through and covered the repair costs, which where quite expensive. Thank you Brian and Rachelle for going the extra mile and saving me a great deal of money. Keep up the great personal service., it is greatly appreciated. Thank you Chatham Chrysler and Service Staff.
