Just had the worst customer service experience with Charlie at Chemali Automotive Inc today. Was having issues with the right headlight of my Porsche Cayenne S. Brought the car to Chemali last Monday and Charlie identified after 10 minutes that the ballast wasn't functioning. Ordered new ballast through Amazon and scheduled an appointment today to replace the ballast. Could've replaced the ballast by myself but wanted to give Chameli their fair share for identifying the problem. Today Charlie started working on my car without even giving a quote. When I asked how much it would cost, he said $100. Imagine paying $100 for 20 minutes work (10 minutes for identifying the problem last week and 10 minutes for replacing today)? When I asked if the price can be lowered, Charlie lost his temper completely. He rammed the new ballast on his work table and drove my car out of his garage like crazy. When I was getting into the car passing him, he asked me not to come back again. Hello, hello? Who is coming back to your cheap filthy garage again if you behave like that with clients? This guy needs to be thoroughly taught how to deal with valued customers. The worst garage in the town. They don't deserve a 1 rating even. DO NOT GO THERE!

D0 Not G0 There!!!Save Your Money&Time!!..Worst brake job ever in 33years b bent valves leaking&breake dust on rims!! Very Unprofessional!! &Unorganized shop Lost my Tires??!!..How?& After 4months&keeps U waiting even though Appointments&Arrangements were made in Advance!! The 0wner who took it Couldnt find rims to put on them!!& which I didn't even ask him to store in his shop??he prolly sold my tires to someone else I was told..l have a mind to report this to BBB& Ministry 0mbudsman 0ffice!!

Mr. Chemali and staff are amazing. They went above and beyond and even fixed two issues on my 2005 Cadillac CTS that they discovered while repairing the original problem. Not only that, my car runs like a top now, and I am very satisfied. I can not recommend this garage enough! Thank you again, Mr. Chemali and staff!

I was quoted almost $5000 by a competitor for work I needed to get done on my vehicle. Chemali's did it for under $1000. They are quick, honest and do quality work. I will not bring my car anywhere else.

This was recommended to a friend of mine and after Volkswagen and Honda quoted me $1200 and $1500 respectively to repair my leaking AC condenser, I went to Chemali.
Fantastic service, fantastic prices and will 100% be returning. It was a huge relief to get my AC back and know it was done by an honest and integral business
