“I'm giving 5 stars for the customer service. Raj,(I think that's his name) did a fantastic job! It was very busy at 1:30 am on a Monday morning. It's hard for ONE person to do all the tasks required. Please consider having another person scheduled. Either that or pay him double!”

“Great customer service! I was so impressed with Best Buy and the support and service they provide. Kim was so patient with me and very professional as well as Beth. They made me feel comfortable and not intimidating, allowing me to freely ask questions, which some may think silly. Hard to find this type of service now, so it was a very pleasant shopping experience.”
