Loads of Love Thrift Store is a remarkable charitable organization that serves the Chatham-Kent community and extends its reach globally. Housed in a spacious 17,000-square-foot warehouse, the store receives donations of clothing, medical supplies, furniture, and other household items, which are then sorted, packaged, and distributed as humanitarian aid.
The store operates a thriving thrift shop, offering a wide range of neatly organized and reasonably priced items, providing a "retail therapy" experience for customers. With over 95 dedicated volunteers, the organization works closely with social services and community agencies to provide essential items such as beds, clothing, and household goods to those in need.
Loads of Love's humanitarian efforts extend beyond the local community, as they continue to support orphanages, church-planting schools, seniors, and missionaries in countries like Ukraine, Zambia, Honduras, Nicaragua, Liberia, and Cuba. This exceptional organization is truly making a difference, earning praise from the community for its unwavering commitment to social and humanitarian aid.
Clean and well kept store. A really great place to find mobility and medical need equipment at a reasonable price. Great selection of furniture and decor. Clothing section is small, but with decent options. Would be a good stop if looking for furnish a first apartment or find that item you’ve been searching for.

Great finds, although sometimes the prices aren't the best

It is a beautifully laid out and set up thrift shop. I found several items over priced.
