Quick responses and excellent service. I purchased the Single Frame Observation hive and the quality and workmanship of this product is beautiful. I am so pleased to have this in my possession when I have to do presentations. I am proud to show my bees in this. It's certainly a treasure for me as a beekeeper

Michelle and Shawn are very knowledgeable and oh so helpful whenever I need something or have questions..... I'm a brand new beekeeper and have LOTS of questions! They are well stocked in everything you need for beekeeping! There is lots to learn but it's an amazing experience having your own beehives!
