“Great customer service. Answered all questions with some degree of knowledge and understanding. Ask about cheap alternatives to flea and tick medication. Very big store with lots of food options for dogs. I returned a large breed dog food my two dogs would not eat. No questions asked and they provided the right choice”

“Megan went above and beyond our expectations when buying dog food.. she was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The fact she did research on my dogs disease made me feel so much more comfortable and at ease knowing they personally took an interest in trying to help me. It really made a difference.. fantastic customer service!
Will only be buying dog food from this store going forward. Plus the customer appreciation program is a great idea!
