Immediately arriving at Roger’s Chatham I was greeted by all 3 sales associates! Michelle approached and asked if she could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she quickly got to work! In no time I was all set with a new phone and the contents on my old phone all transferred over without an issue! I would highly recommend the staff at Roger’s in Chatham and especially Michelle! Thank you for helping me out!!

Drew and Ashley were awesome. They were able to save us a bit on our plan and also set me up with mobile internet for half of my old plan.

This place sucks the 2 girls that work in there were so disinterested in helping me it was infuriating. I had my cell phone and my husbands switched over to rogers from Fido. For some reason his number would not port over from the the temporary number issued. So I decided to go directly to the store first of all the door is locked, girl came to the door I said to her are you closed she really did not answer, and the welcome I got was like what do you want look, and the other employee was sitting at a table did not even look up maybe she looked up at me for a second and did an eye roll but that was about it. The other girl was about as interested in helping me as nothing. She did go into the computer to see what the problem was had the text resent to the phone that was the problem after she put the Fido sim back in. Then she told me to take the phone home and I will receive a text and then I install the sim card for Roger's back in. The reason I went to the store was to get help with this as I was not sure how to even open the phone and remove and reinstall the sim card. I told her I could wait and get her to do it. She said it could take a while like 10 minutes or more and I said I will wait. She was not pleased that I was willing to wait, but I did and she did remove the old Fido card and put the rogers back in and the problem was solved. I left the store not happy, what terrible customer service. Rogers needs to have someone that at least is cheery and willing to help out. I normally use Best Buy, and they did install the sim card from Rogers oringinally and because the one phone would not port and I was not getting anywhere with the customer service then I decided to go directly to the store because of this issue, I will definitely continue to use Best Buy, won't enter that store again. Ridiculous!! Date I was there: February 24th 2024

Rogers in Chatham Kent always gives great service. I was in yesterday and Michelle gave time to hear my concerns and did all she could to find me the best financial deal!!! I was very pleased! Thanks again Michelle!

They locked their front door we have to go push busser and they let people in side Iam in tronto all my life high population all mixed people never seen their door locked not even in USA I asked the workers he said some one robbed their cell phone store ? really that’s funny customer service is bad they probably have to close this location and do online shopping or something because of bad customer service not worth of people work there

This is pretty funny and worth a review. I just received a text message from Rogers telling me about a good deal for a phone I was interested in. What Rogers doesn't know is that three hours ago, I was in this store in Chatham, looking to buy this same phone. The employees in the store could not have been more disinterested in selling me a new phone. So I drove across the street to Best Buy, where I bought the phone for $400 less than at Rogers. The Best Buy employee who assisted me also activated my new phone and transferred all of my information for less than what Rogers would have charged me to do this. Thanks, Best Buy, for your excellent customer service. Maybe you could offer the Rogers employees across the street some customer service training. :)

Irritating staff . Do not buy anything from them . Don’t even visit this store if you don’t want your day to be bad . Request to franchise owner please teach the employees what does CUSTOMER SERVICE means .

Terrible customer service from a young girl. Attitude and I felt like a huge inconvenience to her for asking any questions about upgrading my phone and plans.Also, I don’t think there is a need to keep the door lock with 2 workers inside.I will purchase my new phone from somewhere else.

The girls let me and took care of all my needs with transferring over to Rogers, Michelle and Gracie where very friendly and easy to talk to. We chatted about things while I was getting setup, very simple process and great people working there, which is awsome to se for a change.. thanks again girls... Brett

Terrible customer service, didn’t try to help me. Only wanted to get me and the name of the girl was GRACY . Pathetic service. You are just a worker here. Rogers hired you just to help people not to show the attitudeeeeee
