Great place to get thungs engraved or find a special gift for someone. The staff are very friendly

A bit disappointed with the engraving done on this yeti that is for a gift. The business logo is way too small and I wanted the kids names on the black not on top of a grey square like the photo I sent them so you can see them better. I don’t mind paying $50 for engraving I just wish it was more of what I wanted.

Went to this store for engraving. After pick up, I realized they spelt the name wrong. Went back with the problem, they had a new item engraved and delivered to me, same day. Well done Rubies. Way to redeem yourself. Nice touch.
