Went to return 320 dollar boots, they refused to give me an exchange pair but wanted to take my boots and my bill and have me wait for blundstone to be in contact with me. They were rude and minimized my concern saying it was just a thread (it was a whole elastic) will not be returning. Buy your things at bigger stores. Lesson learned. It’s a shame, wanted to support our city.

I went in with my 4 year old to look for new shoes and was told my son couldn’t be in the store with me by two different employees within the first 2 minutes of walking in. I left feeling upset and embarrassed by the way they treated my son (who was sitting quietly on the bench beside the door) I prefer to support in person stores but I will not be supporting this one.Be better to your customers, mothers should be allowed to shop in your store without discrimination.

Staff was so friendly! The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable. Bought my first pair of Blundstone's, the sizes and style vary and she was extremely patient, She made sure I was satisfied with my purchase....I will definitely go back they have a great selection.
