Excellent Customer Service from Jess at Telus
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jess at Telus, and I was extremely impressed with her customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me. Jess was able to waive my activation fee and help me find a device that perfectly suited my needs. I highly recommend Telus and Jess for anyone looking for top-notch customer service and great deals.

Excellent service and I'm very satisfied with the plan I got for my phone,I have no problem showing IDs at the door, I'm a truck driver and everywhere I go to pick up or drop off is like that, it's for everyones safety so keep up the good work, I'll be bringing you some new customers very soon, thanks again to Jess for the good and pleasant service she gave to my wife and I

First meeting would've been good, however after that it was downhill, their service is awful. I could never get hold of them on the phone and leaving voicemails they never got back to me regarding my phone. It was so bad I had to call Telus to attempt to get hold of them, and even they couldn't get hold of them. I waited almost a month for my phone, and when I was finally able to reach them and Megan said they didn't find any phone under my name or number and they would call me back. They didn't so I called Telus customer service (who were wonderful!) and thankfully they were able to be on them about it that they actually did get back to me and looked for my phone. Megan not only couldn't find it, but she lost all the paper work, and blamed me saying maybe I had it, and that it was my fault for not having paperwork that they never even gave me. Again thank goodness for the lovely Telus customer service who stuck up for me and kept at it or I never would've gotten my phone.Turned out instead of sending my phone to be repaired like it was meant to, they put it in with their loaner phones! I have no idea if it was ever loaned out or what they did with it. But after it was finally sent to be repaired (3 1/2 weeks after it was meant to be), I went back to pick it up and it wasn't repaired. I was so upset about the whole experience (my first there) I wouldn't ever want to go again.

What a joke this place is .. door is locked have to show id too get in. Do they think this L.A or NY city? Give us a break. Maybe time to change too a different provider

Feels like a prison, door is locked on a Saturday and have to check my id to let me in. Would not recommend ever going there if this is the customer experience

Went to store and spent over an hour, waiting to only be sold a kudos card that does not work by Dylan when calling kudos they will not help me and store will not help me as I cannot make it there during store hours till next weekend can’t believe that they sold me a card and cannot even refund me the money for it because they accuse me of using it literally just can’t believe that I spent money and will not see it back unless I take time off work that is worth more money than the card was

I lost my Sim card for my S10, thankfully though getting a new 1 wasn't as much of a hassle as I thought it'd be...Thankfully my memory card was still in my phone because 128GB of pics & movies would be next to impossible to replace!!! Thank-you TELUS for making it as hassle free as possible!!!

I purchased a screen saver cover for my son iPhone XR last week, when I got home my husband had said to me that is for an 11 I said it must be the same they no what they are doing. Turns out they are not the same too small for the XR, through the receipt out bad idea. Went to the store today to exchange and because I had no receipt they would not even consider it. Tried to explain I asked for the XR but was given the wrong one, I got nope no receipt no exchange. Here is the problem with that if made the mistake and asked for the wrong one I would totally take that, buttt I was given the wrong one. that is poor customer service I understand policIes but being a small business owner myself here in Chatham I know there can always be exceptions made. This was a $50 dollar purchase when I said to the employee so now I am just out $50, she said yes. Wow
