Extremely rude and unhelpful manager that didn’t stick to the return policy, I bought chairs for 129.99 the day before and then they went on clearance at $80, I asked if I could price match or return the chairs an rebuy them at the new price and was told no. When I tried to ask the manager why can’t I return and rebuy she just replied “we don’t do that” and then wouldn’t speak to me any further.

I had an outstanding experience at the Winners/HomeSense location in Chatham and wanted to give a big shoutout to Lindsey and Kelley for their exceptional customer service.
I had bought a pair of earrings from the Windsor location, and unfortunately, they broke after just four days. To make matters worse, they were final sale, and I no longer had the receipt or tags—just the original box. I honestly thought I was out of luck.
When I explained my situation to Will, the manager, he was incredibly understanding and told me to bring them in anyway. Once I arrived at the Chatham store, Lindsey and Kelley went above and beyond to help me. Despite the earrings being final sale and me not having proof of purchase, they worked with me and issued a gift card.
I was blown away—most places wouldn’t have done anything under those circumstances, but they truly went the extra mile. That kind of customer care is rare these days and deserves recognition.
Thank you again to Lindsey, Kelley, and Will. Because of you, I’ll definitely continue shopping at Winners/HomeSense with confidence!
