I would not recommend working with Diane. I have been waiting one whole year to receive my glasses that she has. We contacted her December 2021 for the glasses. She had put them through my husband's benefits, we had paid for them and we have not yet received them. Over the last year we have tried contacting her multiple times, tried to meet up with her multiple times with no success as she stops replying when it comes time to meet. A couple months ago she then mentioned she was going to mail them to us, we now get no response and it has been months since she was going to mail them.We are left no choice but to contact our benefits.Terrible and unprofessional service.

Today my sick elderly dad was treated with the utmost care today. He was fitted/measured right in his car so he didn't have to struggle ..I'm am truly amazed that out of the 3 other people he saw this week ..this place had by far the best customer service ...and I am great full for the time they took to make him comfortable and not rushed. Our older adults deserve respect...and he surely felt that today. Thank you.
