I visited this Jiffy Lube in Chelmsford on June 24th around 4 PM for a routine oil change. My car has been making a strange noise, and I even had a video of the issue to show. (It wasn’t even big problem, other service lube store fixed that in walk in) When I asked about it, a young female employee responded rudely, saying, “We only do oil changes, we’re not mechanics,” in a very dismissive tone. She did not even listen to noice, i found out on their website they do this diagnostic it was something belt problem, so there was no need for the unprofessional attitude if she did not know anything apart from oil change. A little courtesy goes a long way — especially in customer service. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I won’t be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others.

Went to have a tire repaired, fit me in the same day, and did the repair for free! Beyond impressed with the customer service and professionalism of the staff!

While visiting the Jiffy Lube in Chelmsford (Ontario) location this morning, this beauty, a 1972 Ford pick up, pulled in for a no appointment oil change. The entire team at 4764 Regional Rd 15 were all excited to get their hands on it and the owner happily allowed me to take the picture.

We are always satisfied with the service here. Every person is kind and knowledgeable, that's why we keep going back. Shout out to Jacob, who was extremely helpful, and we really appreciated his efforts to get our winter tires on rims before our scheduled appointment because of a cancelation. My daughter was coming from out of town to pick them up, and we were able to install them for her before she heads back.

I've been here quite a bit & I can't say enough good about the staff at this location. They've helped me out with random things, a few times literally helping me out & not charging me a cent for their time.They've made me feel a sense of small town pride where I can go & feel good about it.Thanks you guys!
