We have been to DC Autocare a few times now and we are so thrilled with the excellent level of service the professionalism and the honesty that we now have all three of our children driving out from Ottawa to get there vehicles serviced in Chesterville. While the facility’s are not the same look and feel of a big dealership the owner has years of experience working on high end vehicles and it is one of the few places I feel no trepidation bringing my BMW (or my kids Toyota, Hyundai’s).
One example of the honesty displayed my youngest daughter brought her 4 year old car in because there was a noise from the front end, the owner diagnosed the problem called the dealership and confirmed that it was covered under warranty (We were sure our warranty was only 3 years, but on some parts it is longer?), he then sent us there for the repair.
We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
