This is a professional and empathetic shop. My son was on his way from Ridgetown to Clinton to get on a bus for a school trip to Kentucky. His engine seized and the Optima was kaput. This was an a Friday, no one else would field a call. They picked up the car, and freely conversed with me (the dad) about next steps. Quoted me a price for an engine, agreed to go ahead, they put in a used engine, and it was trash. They called me up after a week, said it was trash, took it out, got another engine, installed it and the car was good to go next day. My son also trashed the starter, and it needed new front rotors and pads, plus O2 sensor. The labour bill at the end of this fiasco was really low. Shawn reached out and was communicative along the way. The car made it home to Ridgetown tonight. My son Sean said he talked to the other Shawn for awhile when he picked up the car...he said he had the same good vibe as me. Great job boys!

I’m from an island in the Caribbean and after moving to Canada over 15 years ago, I was pleased to find a shop that conducted my car’s services with the humility, honesty, integrity and humbleness as what im used to back where im from. They did an excellent job with getting my car safetied, were diligent and honest about the work if was necessary to be done, was prompt and kind. A very good experience with these gents and I appreciate their workmanship. Definitely looking forward to a great customer relation with them.

Best shop around no contest. These technicians really went above and beyond to help with a multifunction switch on a 2013 Dodge dart. After calling dodge to find the part wasn't even readily available and the earliest I could get it was 10-12 days out, it would have costed me $900 brand new according to dodge. I searched through multiple scrap yards and finally found a steering column with the switch attached.I had to buy the whole assembly but it was still much cheaper than $900. The airbag had gone off but I only needed the switch. I called around the area and was turned away from multiple shops or was spoken to very unprofessionally until I called hwy 4 auto where Graham (sorry if I misspelled your name) answered the phone. Immediately the way he conducted himself made me want to work with him and what's better is he was happy and willing to help. This was no small feat.The airbag going off on the spare part caused a chemical reaction with the heat rendering a few clips unusable. They took apart what they could and rebuilt a new switch from both parts and managed to make it work, who else would do that for you? INCREDIBLE work ethic, professionalism and craftsmanship. I truly can't thank these gentlemen enough for all of their efforts. Truly a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They even scanned the car and found a code I never got an answer for before and left me with a quote for the next time around. I would STRONGLY recommend anyone and everyone around to please consider this shop as they will do everything they can for you. Amazing people, amazing work. They won my business for life.

Super friendly and really helpful! Had a brake light out while going to do a drives test, thankfully the guys there ordered my bulbs and were super quick to install!! I was so thankful and passed my test!!!

Highway 4 auto is the best Mechanic shop I've been to. The guys here are friendly and fast while getting the job done properly the first time. And at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop for any of your auto mechanic needs
