“New to the area and couldn’t get our vehicle into the dealer for a repair so called Richard’s on the referral of a friend- they took the car in, told us what it needed (no charge) but were not able to get the part (had to go through Subaru). When the dealership gave us a hard time booking a repair we were able to order the part over counter at Subaru and Richard’s worked to get us in as soon as possible- fixed up and on our way! Reassuring to know that good customer service still exists! Very knowledgeable and professional”

“Gibson’s garage has been the most honest shop I’ve ever dealt with. They communicate with a fair conclusion and give recommendations without pushing anything on you. They do good work at a fair price. I’ve had my Harley and Jeep in here so far.”
