“I wasn’t feeling well and called Canada Post (Cobden) regarding a parcel that was out for delivery. I spoke with Shelley on the phone and she arranged with the driver to accommodate me with a contactless delivery. The driver (name unknown) arrived, showed through the window that she was leaving my parcel and left me a bottle of gingerale with note, “Feel better soon”. Great service and went the extra mile by showing they care. A small kindness can have a great and lasting impact. Thanks for all you do!”
