I called after 2 and after 3 weeks had gone by, and the employees knew I was getting frustrated and desperate with the delay. How does a business get a 5 star review which took twice as long to get my order in as expected? Because they (especially Jim and Steve) were understanding, courteous, polite, and they made it up to me on the day I finally got to pick up the order by giving me a deal I just couldn't refuse, and then an extra amazing bonus on top of that.
