Bought a used Rav 4 and Steve was so helpful from start to finish. Needed to find a vehicle asap as mine was written off and he made the process efficient and not stressful. Bought a used Jeep. Steve was very helpful, straight forward, and very personable. He was responsive to all my questions and inquiries. He came and picked me up to collect my new to me jeep. I ran into a small problem with thr jeep and they had no issues fixing it right away and got it taken care of. It was a great buying experience and I will be back. Highly recommend if your needing a vehicle stop here, you will not regret your choices!

I brought 2 pre owned vehicles for Joe and sales. Manager 3 months ago month or so later we have problems with 2022 dodge ram paint flaking off the bumper we tried to go back and deal with them. We keep getting put to decide. I’ll get told we have no time for it. The other I so brought I week later from Joe and sales manager 2021 Hyundai kona love the car but problem with the rotors on front try to get them to come good ago leave email voice messages and more not good people to deal with being ignored and put to the side constantly

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received here from Steve and Chris. This was my first Dodge and my first diesel, these guys work tirelessly to ensure that we drove away in that beautiful Laramie 3500!
Thank you so much Steve and Chris for the amazing service my wife and I received, we head out for a road trip in the nicest vehicle I have ever owned.
Coburg may not be close to by, but service is something that I am willing to travel too!
Our next vehicle will be a Dodge from Boyer!

The team lead by Matt (Steve, Eva, Chris) are great to work with. They accommodated my out-of-province purchase with professionalism and expediency. They also went way beyond and surprised me with an unexpected extra after the deal was done that they didn't have to do. I'm not sure if purchases like mine are common at their dealership but they handled it as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

A horrible experience at Cobourg's Boyer. After purchasing a 2014 Ram truck, the check engine light appeared a few days later. The issues continued despite their claims, and eventually, after I had driven the car for less than 1000 kilometres, the transmission blew out.
They refused to come clean for what they did. Leaving me with a large debt, even though I was just 18 years old and they had obviously sold a lemon. Unless you enjoy wasting your hard-earned money on unreliable cars, stay clear from this business at all costs.

***Service Department doesn’t compete routine maintenance correctly or at all.***
I’ve had my 18 grand caravan serviced with Boyer since I purchased it in 2020. In the last 1.5 years I have noticed several repairs not complete or not completed correctly. In 2023 I had my vehicle serviced several times for routine repairs. Beginning with the breaks; I have had my breaks serviced every year by Boyer since I’ve owned this vehicle. I had rear breaks (pads and rotors) replaced on May 3, 2023 as well as servicing the front brakes. On July 6, 2023 I had an appointment for an oil change and to check transmission. They recommended replacing spark plugs. I paid for these services to be ‘completed’. On November 6, 2023 I made an appointment for an oil change and winter tire change. They recommended replacing 3 sets of swollen lug nuts. The next day I noticed that my all season tires were still on the vehicle. I received a follow up call asking how the service was. I informed the receptionist that they hadn’t changed my tires to snows. She got back to me and said they ‘forgot’ and asked me to come in again to complete the service. Which I did. I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere at this point.
On May 7, 2024 I took my vehicle to Lakeridge Chrysler to change to all season tires, check breaks as they were pulsating when breaking. I was informed by Lakeridge that my front brakes were completely rusted out and my rear brakes also needed replacing as they were installed incorrectly. They also informed me that I needed to replace swollen lug nuts. As well as spark plugs at my next service!!
Boyer didn’t install my rear breaks correctly causing uneven wear on the pads and rotors. They only changed ONE single lug nut. As well as failing to replace ANY spark plugs.
Matt McMurray (general manager) is refusing to refund me for these services (totalling $1204.31). I have had to pay an additional $1350 (excluding spark plugs, which will be completed at next service) to Lakeridge to have the servicing completed again.

Levi, our salesman, was very helpful, polite, and friendly. Chris, the finance manager, found us the perfect truck it took a couple of weeks and a little patience. They were able to get everything we wanted in budget and excede our expectations
