I recently purchased a zero turn on clearance (Feb 13 2024) and come to find out on the pick up date...the machine had 109.5 hrs on it and I wasn't told that by anyone!? Either before or after my purchase.This is bad ethical practicing. Now that Ive already paid for it and rented a truck and trailer!?Not to mention on the pick up date , no pdi was ever done on the machine either... it was NOT ready for pick up as stated by agent on phone before pick up. I got there and everyone was on lunch.... There were 3 ladies at the customer service counter and nobody wanted to help any customers!?Finally I was able to get someones attention. And sure enough nobody had a clue as to what was going on with my zero turn!? Finally I was directed to the auto bay for pick up.The only guy trying to help me didn't even know what he was doing. He couldn't even hook up the battery correctly.So I called back in to the store to speak with a manager by the name of Stephanie to explain the situation and she said to leave with her and that she would reach out to Husqvarna and get back to us.2 days later Stephanie calls us back and only offers us a $25 GOODWILL gift card that we have to come back and pick up....forget about contacting husqvarna and waiting to see what they say....she just tells us their too busy?!Like really?!THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE WHO BUY HIGH TICKETED ITEMS AT YOUR STORE?VERY Disappointed and will be escalating to the corporate team. This situation needs to be looked into at a higher level there is no doubt.This ones not going away until I feel this has been resolved.As for the franchise owner to this location, you need to know that nobody seems to care at this location. Everyone just wants their hourly check and forget customers and that your issues to deal with. Is this how you train your staff to conduct themselves?Unbelievable

A great store and excellent customer service. I come here for the quality products and fair prices. Whenever I've needed to ask a question or require assistance a store associate has always been happy to be there.

My truck broke down, rear end blew. Crappy tire here ordered parts (5 grand) took a week to get, they received the wrong parts. As I was from out of town and staying in a hotel due to break down I had already spent a grand waiting. I couldn't wait any longer and they couldn't get the correct parts. So I was forced to cancel the fix. They charged me 700 bucks in restocking fees (illegal) and held my truck ransom (illegal). I was forced to pay for parts that they ordered wrong. Angus was who I dealt with. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy..

Time and time again these people surprise me. Do not use there automotive technicians at all costs. When you buy tires take them else were because these people lack the common sense to properly install a tire on a rim... what a waste of time and money..

I love Canadian Tire as a store. But the service dept is brutal. I waited 5 hours for an oil change. Was misled by the staff. Reached out to customer service and they were not willing to offer a satisfactory solution. I will never go back.

Trenton location, late night staff at customer service was very helpful although it was 10 min before closing she went out of her way to find my parcel. I went home very happy to set up my new Christmas reindeers...thank you ?

Had a bunch of front end work done on my truck two years ago and it has never been in alignment since. Been through two pairs of tires and they still won’t take responsibility for their work.

We live rural so come into town once a week or so for bottled water. They have a refill station, which is super convenient.The staff is always friendly and helpful. 10/10 highly recommended this location.

If it wasn't for the manager Darlene, I'd given it 0 stars...I have never had an employee walk away from me while trying to problem solve a stock issue....I'm not a disagreeable person, but I left there livid. I called in to the store while I was in the parking lot..thank you Darlene for helping me to understand how your company works
