We had noticed a vehicle for sale that had caught our attention. We met with the Tom the owner of Carstead and from the moment we started to deal with Tom, we found it a pleasant experience. Tom provided a no pressure, no hassle approach. We found him to be upfront and above all honest through the whole buying experience. Tom was also more than fair with our trade-in as well. The vehicle that we purchased had exceeded our expectations. The day we picked up the vehicle we noticed that the vehicle looked like it had just come out of the showroom. The auto dealing both inside and out was top notch. If you are serious about buying your next used vehicle, then I would highly recommend Carstead. It is worth the drive to Cobourg. Rating is 10 out of 10

So happy with our experience at Carstead. Tom went above and beyond to find us exactly the car we were looking for, at the right price. Even when we were about to settle for a more expensive option, he kept looking and got us the better deal so we wouldn't have to get financing.
