“I want to acknowledge Colby for his professionalism and for being so quick to offer assistance to me, today. He said hello as I was passing through the cash area and when he noticed that I had no purchase to make... he asked if he could assist me in finding what I may have been looking for...... He VERY easily could have just let me go on my way but he chose to make a friendly inquiry and perhaps assist me with finding what I had come in for. I did not make a purchase, but I WILL return because of his approach to a customer and his willingness to make an effort. I passed many CSR's in Sephora the other day and NOT ONE, asked if they could help me!! This store is clean and well presented and the staff is obviously chosen to be the best representative of the company. He should be commended for giving the extra..... it means alot!! Thank you!”
