I am no way happy with these people charging me. Almost the $150 for delivery. And then when you call them, they make all kinds of excuses why you're bill is the way it is. And then you see these utility trucks out driving around. Do nothing waste gas for no reason. We followed 2 trucks when around Cobourg. And then went to Wendy's. Are you kidding me? Maybe it's Tim Horton's next??

Half of our house lost power this morning(saturday). After calling electrician, when he got here Ryan from lakefront was here as well and they determined that a wire(positive wire) from the hydro pole had come off. He told us he had to wait for a bucket truck. Within an hour and a half we had power again. Thank you Ryan and Tyler for caring and responding so quickly on a Saturday. It was much appreciated. Also happy it happened now and not in the middle of the snow storm coming our way. Husband said they were very professional and very nice. Thanks again.

More power clips and outages in one week than I have ever experienced elsewhere in a year. Get it together, LUSI. Reliability should go without saying.

Emergency preparedness and up to date information is key for impacting weather events. This utility updated their Outage map quickly but never updated it upon restoral. So, do not trust the outage map if you are waiting for your hydro restoral from a remote location.

They put my $230 bill Into collections. I contacted them to pay it and I did but they didn't remove it of my credit it's been 5.5 years now and it's still on there Impacting my credit in a negative way. Horrible company.

The bills I got from this company proved arbitrary. They charged me $90 in one billing cycle for a home that was vacant (being sold with nothing plugged in) for the entire cycle. I always suspected the bills did not reflect my usage. Lakefront acknowledged what happened and expects me to pay anyway. They are a shady organization who leaves their lights on all night and wont disclose finances.

Many unplanned computer eating outages and power bumps. Essentially unacceptable from an otherwise well run town.July 27, 2020 - the saga continues - two hour outage followed by numerous bumps and another failure - a real third world effort - Cobourg, you should be ashamed of this performance.August 02, 2020 - another 2+ hour outage - can't be much load at 5:AMSeptember 09, 2020 - Several weeks with no issues - a good thing for our computers.July 12 - 13 - another summer and more power bumps - two in two days - not much of an improvement over last year
