This little LCBO is basic but it’s clean and central to downtown Cobourg, and you don’t have to deal with all the traffic in the other strip mall locations. I wish their hours were later but I still prefer it over the big busy ones.My only complaint is one staff that works there can’t be bothered to say hi, bye, or thanks when I’m checking out. I thought it was just me but my husband has had the same experience with this specific lady.Today (Nov 25, 2023) I was purchasing wine and the same staff member didn’t even acknowledge me. She talked the whole time to another customer who was in line behind me. Even after I said “thanks” she didn’t acknowledge me. Absolutely has no clue how to be customer focused. Too bad because everyone else at the store seems pleasant and helpful.

As of late, this location has been broadening its selection to include more of what the store on the other side of town has. If only it could improve its hours too

Little LCBO in a great central downtown location. Although the store is small it has an excellent selection of liquor, beer, seltzers, wine and premixed brinks. Friendly employees, and designated parking spots for shoppers.

Ok small LCBO store with minor choices for wine and whisky but conveniently located with available off-street parking. Better selection at Elgin St location.
