“This little LCBO is basic but it’s clean and central to downtown Cobourg, and you don’t have to deal with all the traffic in the other strip mall locations. I wish their hours were later but I still prefer it over the big busy ones.My only complaint is one staff that works there can’t be bothered to say hi, bye, or thanks when I’m checking out. I thought it was just me but my husband has had the same experience with this specific lady.Today (Nov 25, 2023) I was purchasing wine and the same staff member didn’t even acknowledge me. She talked the whole time to another customer who was in line behind me. Even after I said “thanks” she didn’t acknowledge me. Absolutely has no clue how to be customer focused. Too bad because everyone else at the store seems pleasant and helpful.”

“Today I went to the LCBO L, picked up my items and went to check out.Making conversation, I asked if they had any Cavit as I couldn’t find any.A young gentleman that worked there, Stephen went looking for the wine and not only did he find when it would be getting delivered but ran back shortly after the initial search to asked if I still wanted some as they just came in.The service was above helpful, thank you for showing me Cobourg is still our FELL GOOD TOWN”
