They did a bad alignment on my Toyota. After they did the alignment, the steering wasn't straight and it pulled to the right while driving. I brought back for them to check it again and they said it was fine. They tried implying it was a problem with my wheels. I had to take it to Toyota to get it aligned properly. Nothing else needed to be done. I brought the alignment results comparison for them to see. I left the results for them to review for a couple weeks. They still hadn't checked them when I came back. They won't refund the bad alignment job, so I'm out the cost of a bad alignment. Every time I went to visit I was friendly and professional. I won't be returning.

Was driving to my cottage when my front tire started to make a pound thumping noise. When we pulled in we realized our lug nuts were loose and the employee tightened all of them for us for free right away. Amazing service, thank you for your help.Service: Tires

They are really good. They told me about a problem with my car that I didn't even know about and told me to go to my machanic to fix it right away. Kept me informed on what is going on with my car. Very friendly staff.

Professional. friendly, fast service. Andrew took me right under my car to show me and walk me through what needed repaired. I had already taken it to another place which gave me an absurd quote. Andrew and Minute Muffler were able to do repairs instead of a full system replacement for less than half the cost and advised I would get the same lifespan out of a repair vs. replace. He still gave me both options but actually recommended the cheaper one! As a young woman I never once felt talked down to or like they were just trying to get money out me which is not always the case with mechanics. They squeezed me in same day and now my car runs quiet and smooth. Highly recommend Minute Muffler and am so happy with the service.Service: Exhaust

Friendly enough staff. Price is avg for typical work. Nothing special but was nice to drive up and get it done pretty much immediately. It's in a convenient location can grab lunch or wander best buy while you wait!
