What a shame... This place is pathetic and that makes me sad. Certainly there must be something that can go in the mail. Games, entertainment... Something. Perhaps start by lowering the rental fees... Anything, try something.... Axe throwing, dart shop with a place to play. What about a golf pro shop with a screen as to provide lessons. Open the space up for classes like dance, cooking, or learning another language. You guys got this. Put your brains together and start attracting different clients. Look at the demographics of this area. Come up with something for the love of god!!!

It’s probably the worst mall I have visited. There are less than 30% of the stores open and there is no food court. Floor has issues as does the ceiling … no idea what the owners are trying to do with this.

The mall is almost empty. Only a few stores remain. One of the remaining mall merchants said that the mall has been up for sale.

Wow, what a disaster. If I were a tenant I'd be moving out.

This mall has the potential to excel if you get rid of the current slumlord and replace it with a landlord or management company. If a commercial property owner does want to repair the building, they should be forced to sell the property that puts employees and visitors at risk everyday upon entry.
Instead, the current tenants pay rent and reward the owner for negative and neglectful behavior.
The building should be deemed condemned and let someone new come in to give it the opportunity to excel as it had in the past.
If you have to focus on looking for rain buckets inside the mall all over the floor, this is a big flag for health and safety.
People before profit.

Lame and the cellular guys will RIP you rate off from selling bullshit broken internal phones to not honoring their bologna gaurantee; you'll never get anything except a cheap phone case. Samsung is trying to shut them down for using thier name ETc.

Run down, unsafe building. The doors should be shut and building dismantled, before someone gets injured from the ceiling caving in or tripping over the broken tile floor.
Building should be condemned.

Very drab and depressing considering locals used to fill this place day in and out. Gone are the days when high schoolers could play hooky from school, window shop, and maybe meet their first love or two,
Fifty- plus year old movie theater, jewellery store, optician, Sport Check, Bootleggers, tiny lounge area, career college, and a Hart store. There's also an ancient bowling hall and travel agency (why?)
At least twenty empty storefronts for the last ten years or more. Likely due to ownership making it financially impossible for any small retailer to move in and give their business a go here.
I go to the bathroom while in the area. Not wonderfully maintained, but does the job intended.
