Worse customer service ever! They said they could fix a laptop with a broken hinge. Turns out they couldn't but they still charged me $90 for the bad repair. I understand it was not an easy repair but they could have just told me they couldn't repair it. Instead they charged me for a bad repair. Also they damaged my laptop screen during the repair causing the screen to be discoloured. When I brought this to their attention, they said I would have to pay more money to get the hinge fixed. The damaged screen was not addressed. They also said they would not answer the phone if I called so this is what you can expect if you have a problem with them. During our interaction, they tried to upsell me on anti-virus services that had nothing to do with why I had contacted them.
Update: Do you notice in this response below there is still no mention of this damaged screen and how you will fix that? Also you don't want to answer the phone but instead respond on a public forum. Wouldn't it have been easier to answer the phone? Is it rude to say the repair was not done properly and ask for a refund? If so, I think it will be hard for customers to use your service. I pointed out to you that I was not able to use my computer after your repair. Is that rude? You work in the computer industry. You think not handing out passwords to a complete stranger is weird??? He mentions I approved the work. He handed the computer to me and said be very careful with it like it was a piece of China. When I got home, I noticed it didn't work well.
You are right...You can't see the problem from the login screen. No the screen was not damaged before I brought it there. It was damaged after. I want the hinges tighter but you seem to want more money to do this. My computer lays flat now like a ipad instead of upright like a laptop.
After a few days of having the computer closed since I can't use it, I notice there is glue all over both hinges and all over the keyboard as well as the screen from the hinges. Why they thought putting glue all over my computer was a good idea....I will never know.

I contacted Onsite in the afternoon about a virus on my laptop. Corey remotely worked on it the next morning, and he fixed it. Quick and professional service, thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Onsite Computer Services and especially their staff member Corey. Corey was extremely helpful in trying to rectify my problem with my HP printer(which I returned as malfunctioning) and the set up with my new printer. He was extremely patient with me and was able to set up the printer to suit all of our needs. He is a very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and patient.

Absolutely horrible attitude towards customers. Attempted to purchase a part for a downed business pc. Walked in the door and was greeted by a grunt an what do you need. I asked about the required PC power supply and was abruptly told no. We don’t sell parts over the counter. Bring is your PC and we will fix it for you.Why is your door unlocked if you don’t want walk in customers? Why don’t you post a sign on your door stating “Repairs Only”I couldn’t imagine having Onsite looking after my network. Can’t imagine how they would look after emergency breakdowns when they clearly don’t understand customer service.I can not begin to describe the negative tone and lack of attention. It was quickly apparent that I was not a welcome customer because I just wanted to purchase a part. The fact that I would have been willing grossly over pay for the part to save the time and expense of driving to Oshawa didn’t matter. Instead I went out of town and got what I needed.Not good business Onsite.

Dropped my laptop off in the morning. Screen was separating from the keyboard. They could have told me any reason but were honest and only replaced some tiny missing screws. Picked it up that afternoon and done !! Thanks so much for the explanation, courteous service and quick response time.

Great service!Corey and Lawrence always give us great service. They replaced the hard disc in an older PC with a new solid state drive and wow, what a difference! At least 10 times the speed and no moving parts.We will be back!
