Went to get a filter for my fish tank and spoke with a worker there Gabe who provided me with such knowledge about my fish, the filter, cleaning the tank etc. He is the go to guy if you have any questions regarding fish and the set-up!! Thank you!

The Cobourg PetSmart is a great place to shop. Courteous, knowledgeable staff are always willing to help. I especially appreciate how well looked after the creatures in the store are . They are all maintained in a clean environment, plenty of food and water.

The team here is great, a few members always give us a heads up on what's happening in the Petsmart app re discounts, points etc. The team is approachable and willing to answer questions.
