I used the garage that was there before Master mechanic, as it was
a family owned business I was confident in their work ethic..
When Master mechanic took over I was a little hesitant but gave them the benefit of the doubt, I’m so glad I did..

Had a nail in the side of my drivers rear tire and unfortunately for me I needed 2 new tires. This place went above and beyond and it was my first time there. They plugged my tire which would hold until my tires came in. They rotated my tires put my new ones on the front which makes the most sense. They did a complete check of my car to make sure everything was in proper working order (no charge) and all this for the price of the tires and 1hr labour.
I would recommend them and I’ll definitely be back. I’ve found a trusted mechanic and that’s HUGE piece of mind. Thank you!

Thought i had a slow leak in my tire was driving past and stopped in. They happily checked all my tires for me. Also found out the prices for oil changes are way lower than my regular place.
Will definitely be going back .

5 stars boys. Very welcoming atmosphere and oil change price was very reasonable! The biggest thing you did was reassure me that the frame and bones of my high mileage car was in good shape and no immediate concerns. It's a Mazda so that helps too ;)

Andrew and his team replaced my transmission cooling lines, the lines to the outer radiator were pretty much ceased on, they took the time to free them without having to replace the radiator avoiding extra costs and staying within his quote, Great team

Great experience with them. My car was chugging turns out it needed new spark plugs. He got the vehicle in right away and I had it back the next day because this happened at 3 in the afternoon by the time I got it towed to them. I had my vehicle back by 12 the next day. I will definitely bring my vehicle back again.

Professional, courteous and kind. My previous tire rotation at a different shop resulted in 1 tire improperly balanced and a loud annoying sound causing visual damage to my caliper. The other shop closed and 40 min away.
A hopeful call to Andrew's shop with a last minute service was greatly appreciated. Even more so, they cosmetically matched and then offered no charge! ?❤️. God provided as I've been unemployed for a few months now and struggling to not have extra expenditures.

Easiest 5 star review I have ever written. Amazing people, service, and quality.
My partner and I were on the road to Ottawa to get to a wedding for the same day when our tire pressure warning came on. We were in Cobourg/Port Hope area, 3 hours from our destination and 1 hour from home already. We called this auto shop and the guys there told us to contact Canadian tire, get the tire and come back to them and they installed the tire and had us back on the road in about 30-45 mins. The charge for the tire change was also less than what Canadian tire quoted us. We were back on the road and only about an hour and fifteen was spent on the whole issue from tire purchase to install.
I would come back to these people for my car issue any time, honestly, even if I had to do the hour drive. Really unbeatable service and quality. I wish them all the luck with their business, but with their attitude and skill, I don't think they'll even need it.
