I had an awesome experience here today! I was travelling from Toronto to Ottawa and had an issue with my car. I got off the 401 and these guys saw me right away on a Saturday afternoon. They fit me in between other customers and were super helpful in getting me back on the road. They were friendly and professional and had a very nice small-town approach to helping people. 100% recommend the guys at Master Mechanic Cobourg West, keep up the great job!.

Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! The service and professionalism I received yesterday was second to none!I was passing through the area from Perth to Oshawa to visit family when I noticed hot air blowing out the passenger side that could not be adjusted. The inside temperature became very hot and we had to travel with the windows down on the 401. I decided to pull over and possibly see if I could find a place on a Saturday to take a look at it. I was very close to Master Mechanic Coburg West and they had many 5 star reviews ( I now can see why)Not only did they look at my car with no appointment but they also diagnosed the issue in record time !The best part was they reassured me I could drive with it but also said they could have it fixed in 30 minutes which I gladly did!I was so appreciative for Wil and his team at Master Mechanic Cobourg West!I travel often on this route so will be booking my next oil change with them!

Friendly and helpful staff. Oil change scheduled and mechanic noticed filters were in need of changing while servicing. Fair price and efficient service.Chose this location because the mechanic had done a minor repair at no charge for my husband previously which indicated they understood good customer service.Would recommend.

I'm very happy I stopped to get an oil change. Took me right away, no problem, and the owner was super nice. Found my new oil change spot from now on. Also, not pushy about other work that my car needs, just let me know what needs to be done and how much it will cost and to come back at my convenience . Highly recommend this place .

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! I had a terrible experience at Master scammers Cobourg west today when I brought in my dodge caravan to have the front brakes replaced. He without my permission put not only the front brakes but the back brakes both side with new rotors and callipers when in only August of this year we had them do the back brakes and rotors just 3 months ago. He charged me $2100 dollars and after I showed him the receipts of them putting on all new rear brakes just 3 months ago with less than 30km on the vehicle since august he got very flustered and gave me $200 back and could not explain why they took off my new rear brakes and rotors and replaced them just 3 months later without but 30kms on the back brakes. He is using RAY LANES GOOD NAME TO SCAM HIS LOYAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!

This place is fabulous, professional mechanics who really care about the customer. I give them a 5+ as they did a terrific repair job on my vehicle at a very reasonable price. Don't go to the dealer who offers a free car wash but believe me you'll regret it when you get their bill. I won't go anywhere else now. They are honest and very friendly and listen to you and will do everything to find out what problems there are with the car. Thank you so much guys You made my day!Services: Brakes
