Lost access to my accounts on a Saturday and Michael was very diligent and determined to help me get back into my banking. Had to come back on a Monday for further assistance and Michael again went above and beyond to fix the issues in a timely matter! Very thankful for such competent staff!

Horrible bank. RBC needs to get with the times and get rid of there policy’s from 2010. It’s 2023 - get with it or go out of business. Also, customer service is HORRIBLE - what happened to going the extra mile so your customer leaves happy at the end of there transaction? Branch manager acknowledged the issues brought forward but offered no solution. Account will be closed in the very near future and business will be given to an alternate bank that cares more for their clients.

This bank is the worse bank to deal with . The business advisor are working with pandemic schedules or the bank is cost cutting to save the dollar . None of the advisors are on duty . They sit at home and barely respond to emails on time . I have raised my concerns with the Branch manager Jennifer . I have dealt with TD bank for my business needs and they service is flawless I’d say. Try not to have Barbara and Lauren as your representatives. They will make you hate your life and make your banking a full time job rather than you focusing on your business .

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Was inquiring about opening account but their BS virtual assistant on the phone will NOT forward you to a human being and is overall useless. Say goodbye to a potential customer

Called the branch number...was routed to a prompter...then was entertained by a recorded message selling more products...waited a further 10 minutes..still no response...need to ask a question related to internet banking security...waited 5 more munutes...asked to buy more of the same products...RBC wins again but if I want to purchase something...bang, somebody will take the call immediately.

Great service, friendly helpful staff. Just recently obtained a mortgage and Beth Brook made the process super easy. Everything was done electronically and was more convenient then having to meet at a branch. We are very pleased and highly recommend Beth to help with all mortgage needs.
