The staff here were so kind, helpful and patient. They had good suggestions of different jeans that I would like and were checking in on me periodically to bring different sizes. Can’t say enough positive about the Cobourg store.

We had an amazing shopping experience last weekend at the Cobourg location store. Steve and Sue were wonderful. We didn't feel pressured in anyway and just enjoyed browsing and shopping. Plus we received some great deals.The Cobourg mall is looking a bit shabby, but the Rickis/Bootlegger store and Staff adds some brightness to it.Wishing all stores would have the same wonderful Staff.Thank you

I went to the Ricki’s Cobourg store 332 to get some work clothes. There was a lot of sales going on. The staff Susan was extremely patient and helpful! I had such a great experience shopping there. Highly recommend!

The staff here are fun, dedicated and know their stock. The store is bright, open and roomy. I enjoy shopping here very much and always stop by when I'm near the mall.
