I simply called about any loft beds being in store and the lady on the phone seemed super annoyed and inconvenienced that I had even called . Clearly she doesn't want any business. Needs to learn customer service. I even asked how she was when she answered the phone and she replied ..."good ".in a snooty tone and didnt ask how I was ????✌ next time try a bit to be nice lady
